Recounting the far north through the everyday challenge of unremarkable lives. Experiencing the far north in the quiet normality of those who live there by choice or by destiny.

The documentary in production "Keno, Yukon", by Paola Rosà and Antonio Senter is the sublimation of the two filmmakers’ Canadian adventures over the past decade. They will spend two months at an altitude of 1000 metres in Keno, 400 km east of Dawson City, with 20 inhabitants and two pubs.
Everyday life on the “frontier”, the ordinariness of the challenges of climate and isolation and the heroism of straight talking will be the common thread in an account that dismantles stereotypes and unpicks the mechanisms of social relations, going beyond numbers and frequency. Here in Keno, you are what you do. It doesn’t matter where you come from, what matters is what you bring.
