La prima neve (The First Snow), the feature film by Andrea Segre shot in the Mocheni Valley, will be shown during the Winter Universiade of Trentino, following the success obtained in cinemas throughout northern Italy. The showings, organised by Montura Editing and reserved for volunteers and athletes taking part in the event, are aimed both at introducing the film to an international audience and highlighting the company’s commitment to supporting art and culture.
La prima neve, filmed amid the beech and larch trees of a valley that has preserved a landscape and culture gradually fading away elsewhere, offers Trentino a superb opportunity to present its splendid scenery and traditions to young sportsmen and women from all over the world.
During the showings, scheduled to take place in four locations, viewers will also be presented with the book Prima della Neve, published by Montura Editing, featuring photographs by Simone Falso illustrating the highlights of how the film was made.
