Privacy policy for users

Tasci S.r.l. headquartered in 38068 Rovereto (Province of Trento), via Zotti n. 29, VAT code/tax code and registered at the Trento Register of Companies as number IT01180400226 (hereafter referred to as “Tasci” or “Data Controller”), as data controller of the personal information of the users (hereafter referred to as “Users”)who access and use the services available on the www.montura.it website (hereafter referred to as the “Website” and the “Services”) provides the privacy policy below pursuant to article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 passed on 27 April 2016 (hereafter referred to as “Regulation” or “Applicable Law”).

This Website and its Services are reserved to subjects who are eighteen or older. The Data Controller does not collect personal information regarding subjects under the age of 18. Upon the User’s request, the Data Controller will promptly delete all personal information collected involuntarily regarding subjects under the age of 18.

The Data Controller fully respects the right to privacy and data protection of its Users and their personal information. Users can contact Tasci at any time for any information regarding this privacy policy by:

  • sending a certified letter to Tasci Headquarters at 36068 Rovereto (Province of Trento, via Zotti 29;
  • sending an e-mail to info@montura.it;
  • sending a fax to (+39) 0445 318909

1. The purpose of processing: sending company newsletters

With the free and optional consent of the User, some of the User’s personal information (first and last name, e-mail address, country, province and city of residence/domicile) may be processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of sending company newsletters. Therefore, the User will receive newsletters periodically from Tasci containing information regarding Tasci initiatives.

Without prior consent, Users cannot receive these newsletters.

In the case of prior consent, Users can withdraw their consent by sending a request to the Data Controller as indicated in Paragraph 5.

Users can easily object to receiving other newsletters by clicking on the consent withdrawal link found in all newsletters. Once consent has been withdrawn and carried out, Tasci will send the User an e-mail confirming the consent withdrawal.

2. Other purposes for processing: marketing (sending advertising material and business communication for promotional purposes)

With the free and optional consent of the User, some of the User’s personal information (first and last name, e-mail address, country, province and city of residence/domicile) may also be processed by the Data Controller for marketing purposes (sending advertising material and business communications for promotional purposes) to propose to Users the purchase of Tasci products and/or services, to present special offers, promotions and business opportunities.

Without prior consent, Users cannot receive these promotional communications.

In the case of prior consent, Users can withdraw their consent by sending a request to the Data Controller as indicated in Paragraph 5.

Users can easily object to receiving other promotional communications via e-mail by clicking on the consent withdrawal link found in all e-mails. Once consent has been withdrawn and carried out, Tasci will send the User an e-mail confirming the consent withdrawal.

Tasci hereby informs you that, after having exercised their right to withdraw consent to the sending of promotional notifications via e-mail, there is a chance that Users will continue to receive some other promotional messages due to technical and operative reasons (i.e. the composition of contact lists that had been completed shortly before the Data Controller received the request for consent withdrawal). Should Users continue to receive promotional messages 24 hours after having exercised their right to withdraw consent, please notify Tasci of the problem using the contacts indicated in Paragraph 5.

3. Processing methods and the length of time data is kept

The Data Controller will process Users’ personal information both manually and electronically in strict coherence with the purpose itself and in such a manner as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

The personal information of Users will be kept only for the period of time needed to carry out the main purposes stated above in Paragraph 1 or, however, for as long as necessary to safeguard the interests of both the Users and Tasci in compliance with Civil Law.

Should User personal information be kept for reasons stated in Paragraph 2, it will be held strictly for the period of time needed to carry out the purposes stated and, in any case, no longer that sixty (60) months.

4. Regarding communication and distribution of personal data

The personal information of Users might be brought to the knowledge of Tasci employees and/or collaborators in charge of managing the Website and all services connected to the provision of Services. These people, who have been instructed by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulation, will process the personal information of Users exclusively for the purposes indicated in this privacy policy and in compliance with Applicable Law provisions.

Moreover, third parties may be brought to knowledge of User’s personal information. Those who might process this data on behalf of Tasci, acting as “External Data Processing Officers” - i.e. IT and logistic service providers for the management of the Website and/or Services, outsourcing or cloud computing providers, professionals and consultants.

Users have the right to obtain a list of these Processing Officers appointed by Tasci by requesting it specifically from the Data Controller as indicated below in Paragraph 5.

5. The Subjects’ Rights

Users can exercise the rights guaranteed to them by the Applicable Law by contacting Tasci as follows:

  • sending an e-mail to info@montura.it;
  • sending a fax to (+39) 0445 318909

Pursuant to the Applicable Law, Tasci informs Users that they have the right to obtain clarification regarding (i) the origin of the personal data; (ii) the purpose and methods used for processing them; (iii) the logic applied if processing is done with electronic tools; (iv) indicative details of Tasci as well as those to be held responsible; (v) the subjects or the categories of subjects whose personal information can be communicated or brought to knowledge by those held responsible or in charge of collecting data.

Moreover, Users have the right to obtain:

  1. l’accesso, l'aggiornamento, la rettificazione ovvero, quando vi hanno interesse, l'integrazione dei dati;
  2. la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge, compresi quelli di cui non è necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati;
  3. l'attestazione che le operazioni di cui alle lettere a) e b) sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si rivela impossibile o comporta un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato.

Moreover, Users have the right to obtain:

  1. Access, updates, corrections or, when interests are concerned, the integration of their data;
  2. the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the interruption of processed data in violation of the law including those cases in which keeping it is not necessary in terms of the purposes for which it was collected or later processed;
  3. The statement that the operations in which letters a) and b) have been brought to their knowledge, including content, of those to whom the information was communicated or distributed with the exception of the case in which such compliance is impossible or involves the use of means that are clearly excessive in comparison with the protected rights.

Furthermore, Users have the right to:

Withdraw their consent at any time if the processing is based on their consent; the right to data portability (when applicable) or the right to receive all of their personal information in a format that is in common use and can be read by automatic devices as well as the limitation of personal data processing and the right to its cancellation (“the right to be forgotten”).

The right to object to:
The processing of their personal data (totally or in part) for legitimate reasons even when pertaining to the purpose of its collection;
The processing of their personal data (totally or in part) for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or business communications;

Should personal information be processed for direct marketing purposes at any time, the processing of their data carried out for that purpose – including distribution insofar as it is linked to such direct marketing.

Should they believe that the data processing regarding them violates Regulations, Users have the right to file a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (in the Member State where they live, work or where the alleged violation took place). The Italian Supervisory Authority is the Data Protection Supervisor with legal office at Piazza di Monte Citorio n. 121, 00186 – Rome (http://www.garanteprivacy.it/).

The Data Controller is not to be held responsible for the updates of the links listed in this Statement. Every time a link is not functioning and/or not updated, Users acknowledge and accept that they must refer to the document and/or section of the websites provided for by such links.
