Montura presents Oriente Occidente – International Contemporary Dance and Cultural Languages Festival
Bodies and boundaries is the title of the 2016 edition of the International Contemporary Dance and Cultural Languages Festival “Oriente Occidente”, that has been presented during these days. It will take place in Rovereto (TN) from the 30th August to the 11th September.
With the title “Bodies and boundaries”, Oriente Occidente 2016 continues its journey which intertwines art related to dancing with social phenomenons, heading out on a trip to understand life from its genesis to its end.
Montura has decided to support for the first time this important event by contributing to the realisation of the festival and by co-creating some important moments of “meeting the audience”.
On the 30th August in fact, Montura Editing will introduce an evening where there will be 2 athletes and climbing artists: Maurizio Zanolla, aka Manolo, and Antoine Le Menestrel.
On the 7th September, we will then move to an almost vanished Tibet accompanied by the anthropologist David Bellatalla, who is going to present his book 'Sull'altopiano dell'IO sottile'.
The day after, the 8th September, the film 'I sogni del Lago Salato' directed by Andrea Segre, will be projected. The film wavers through images of an Italy belonging to the 70s to fragments of kazaza life of recent times.
For any information we invite you all to have a look at the Festival's program and, of course, to come and participate in the various events.
