Sergio Caramel - skipper of the boat - is the leader of the team consisting of Filippo Orvieto, Margherita Zanuso, Mario Bonsembiante and Riccardo Gomiero.
From September 2012 to the end of 2013 the crew has grown, with constant effort, many training sessions and many regattas. With the enthusiasm and the fun in racing, they came the first results, as champions in Minialtura XII Zona FIV. The crew got some other prestigious trophies.
In 2014 the debut in monotype at Melges 24 European Sailing Series, Portoroz, then in Riva del Garda and Aregai. To underline the big result in Italian Minialtura 2014, thanks to the speed test with Enrico Zennaro, which contributed to their development in various training sessions. In 2015, they achieved the second place at the Italian Melges 24 circuit. They won three times the Veleziana in category VII, and then conquer the title of European Corinthian Sportboat Champions in 2016. In 2017 they participated in their first, challenging world Melges 24 in Helsinki, achieved top five European results in Riva del Garda, and then climbed to the podium of the Barcolana of category VII records with almost 200 opponents. 2018 started with the tri-color victory in Minialtura Corinthian and a second place in a difficult Italian Championship, in which they demonstrated their sporting growth and a remarkable competitive strategy. Sergio Caramel won the trophy as the best Italian owner / driver and the crew was the youngest in the race with an average age of 22 years. They participated in the European Championship for the Riva Sailing Fraglia, always sailing among the first of the fleet of 72 boats at the start, finally closing the European Circuit with the last stage in Luino in TOP TEN next to the great champions and specialists of the Melges class 24. End of March 2019: Arkanoè sailing team melges 24 won the first step of Portoroz "AlpeAdriaCup 2019" after six races with 12 boats from Trieste, Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary. Another great result (a third place on the podium) obtained by the very young crew of Arkanoè by Montura in Portoroz on the weekend of 5-7 April 2019, where the inaugural fraction of the Melges 24 European Sailing Series took place, a five-stage circuit that will lead the crews to the highlight event of the season, the World Championship of Villasimius (5-12 October).

A good start for this long season that will end in October 2019 in Villasimius with the Melges 24 World Championship.
