NEW ZEALAND. MATTEO SGAGGERO DEPARTING FOR TE ARAROA
3054 km of absolute freedom for a friend of Montura
The enthusiasm and passion of Matteo Sgaggero, Bubba for friends, are contagious. As his courage and his positive approach to the daily difficulties and to the historical moment in which we live. This understood our friends Danny Zampiccoli and Giampaolo Calzà "Trota", knowing him at the Rifugio Altissimo on Monte Baldo. This we have seen when we met Matteo and listened to his voice his project travel.
Matteo decided to leave, without precise timing. And we have decided to follow him and help him to achieve this dream-project.
He leaves Thursday, November 20th. We will follow him on Facebook.
it follows a Matteo presentation and we wish him a good journey.
My name is Matteo Sgaggero, I'm 26 years old and I'm originally from Arzignano (VI).
After spending a year in Australia to work and learn the English language, it has grown in me the desire to travel and to do it in the simplest way: walking. The goal that I have chosen this time is New Zealand where there is one of the world's longest trail, the Te Araroa.
This route runs through the country from Cape Reinga, the extreme north to Bluff, extreme south, for a total of 3054 km.
I will walk, as I usually do, independently and in solitary.
The trail crosses the most varied terrain, from volcanic areas, beaches, hills, river banks until the Alps in the south of island.
A long journey that I engage for a few months, no hurry to get, in complete freedom.
