Payment method

1.The Consumer may make the payment, according to one of the methods provided for on the Site (i.e., by credit card, Paypal, G Pay). The Consumer shall not be charged any expenses exceeding those incurred by the Vendor in relation to the use of the payment tools chosen by the Consumer.

2.If payment is made by credit card, the relevant banking institution will debit the amount relating to the order forwarded by the Consumer.

3.During the purchase procedure, the Vendor has access only to some of the data relating to the credit card used by the Consumer to make the payment (in particular: the first 6 and last 4 numbers of the card number, the type of card, its expiry date, currency and country where registered), which – given their incompleteness – are by themselves insubstantial to allow any use and operation of the card. Such information will never be used by the Vendor, except to complete the procedures relating to the purchase or to issue the relevant refunds to the Consumer, in the event of any return of the Goods, in accordance with the provisions of law and/or these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The remaining data necessary to use the card remain unknown to the Vendor and are protected, through special security systems for online transactions, from the moment they are entered on the portal used for payment. In no case, therefore, may the Vendor be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use by third parties of the credit card used by the Consumer when paying for Goods purchased on the Site.
