Keep it burning!

The film recounts how after 28 days spent on the wall in prohibitive temperatures, at least half of which were spent on the Snow Ledge, a small area of snow and ice at an altitude of 5,700 m, Montura Ambassador Edu Marín managed to free climb 'Eternal Flame' on 21 July 2022. This is one of the most difficult routes in the world, on the Nameless Tower (6,286 m), the highest of the Trango Towers in Pakistan. Edu was assisted in the ascent by his father Francisco 'Novato' and his brother Alex. This conic route, first opened in 1989 by the very strong German team of Kurt Albert, Wolfgang Güllich, Christof Stiegler and Milan Sykora, was first freed by the brothers Alexander and Thomas Huber, and climbs 650 metres from an altitude of 5,000 m on granite rock, with difficulties up to VI, 7b+, A2.
