Shipping and delivery
We inform you that the preparation of parcels in the warehouse takes about 1 working day from the moment of order confirmation.
Delivery takes place within approximately 4-6 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are added to the total cost of the order and will be specified during the check-out procedure, before the purchase process is completed.
The costs are calculated automatically based on the weight, volume of the items purchased and the geographical area of reference of the delivery.
Nothing will be due to the courier upon delivery of your package. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination.

If necessary, we will make partial shipments of the products contained in an order; this is at no additional cost to the customer.
You will be able to check the status of your shipment directly from the courier's website, using the tracking references that will be shared with you via e-mail at the same time as the shipment notification.
After a few failed delivery attempts, the goods will remain at the depot and must be picked up at the courier's depot.
Please note:
Montura Store srl takes the utmost care in packaging its products.
If, at the time of delivery, the parcel appears damaged on the outside or broken, please affix the following statement on the Transport Document, together with your signature and that of the courier: "I accept the parcel(s) subject to verification because it is damaged".
We also ask you to inform us immediately of your acceptance with reservations at the following address: [email protected] .
If the courier refuses to let you affix the “subject to verification” note, reject the shipment immediately.
In such case, please notify us of the rejection at the following address: [email protected]
Nothing will be due to the courier upon delivery of your package. Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are prepared from our warehouse from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be prepared the following Monday.
We inform you that orders from new users may exceptionally have slightly longer shipping times in case of any necessary checks on your order.
We cannot guarantee that it is possible to change orders that have been paid for and entered into our system, as their processing is automated.
The delivery of the Products you have purchased will be made by a specifically appointed courier to the address indicated by you. Please provide a telephone number so that the courier can contact you for delivery.
REFUNDS
Once the package has been returned to the warehouse and the necessary checks have been made, we will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. The refund always includes the price of the returned items and the initial shipping costs. You will be reimbursed within 14 days. In case of orders that are cancelled before their shipment, the refund will be made within 3 working days from the acceptance of the request.
We remind you that the refund will be made using the same payment method chosen when ordering.
- PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD: the refund will be made on the same Credit Card used at the time of purchase; the time required to receive the credit will vary depending on the Bank.
- PAYPAL PAYMENTS: the refund will be visible in your Paypal Account within 48 hours of receipt of the refund confirmation e-mail.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries belonging to the European Union. In the case of sales in countries outside the European Union, any taxes and duties will be charged to the customer.
WARRANTY
The liability of Montura in respect of Items purchased on https://www.alpstage247.montura.it/ is strictly limited to the purchase price of such Items.
MONTURA products are covered by a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects.

The prices of the products are indicated on the website and the currency is in Euros
All prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated for each order. The exact amount of shipping costs depends on the country to which the order is to be shipped. For more information on shipping costs by country, see our Shipping and Delivery Information.
Montura Store srl reserves the right to change prices on https://www.alpstage247.montura.it/ at any time without notice. Changes will not affect orders for which the Order Confirmation has already been sent.
